The former president has agreed to make public the names of 200,000 donors to his foundation and presidential library as part of the vetting process to allow Hillary to become secretary of state. Clinton had long resisted calls to do so, and is also going to allow the State Department, and possibly the White House, to review his personal business interests and speeches to check for conflicts of interest. Hillary's appointment is expected to be announced Monday.
