Bipartisan Background Checks

At a press conference Wednesday, senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Pat Toomey (R-PA) unveiled their plan for background checks on gun sales. 'I don't consider criminal background checks to be gun control,' Toomey said. 'It's just common sense.'
