Can BlackBerry be relevant again? The once-dominant smartphone maker will launch its latest phone Friday—the Z10. BlackBerry will refocus its efforts on security-conscious government employers as well as the business sector. BlackBerry’s share of the global market has fallen to just 4.6 percent as of 2012.
