Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds teased the birth of their fourth child Sunday, sharing a picture of a post-baby bump Lively just before the Super Bowl. While there were no photos of the new baby—and no details on the sex or name, Lively captioned an image with “Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023🥘 🍲 🥧 been busy,” featuring Reynolds and his mother, Tammy, alongside her. The couple already have three children; Betty, 3, Inez, 6, and James, 8.
