The body of a 3-year-old girl has been found inside a capsized Chinese cruise ship, bringing the death toll from the incident up to 396 so far, according to Chinese state media. Another 46 people remain unaccounted for. The Eastern Star capsized Monday in the Yangtze River. Out of the 456 people on board, 14 survived.
