Rajon Rondo will soon bid farewell to Boston, as the Celtics finalize a deal to trade the All-Star point guard to the Dallas Mavericks in exchange for Brandan Wright, Jae Crowder, Jameer Nelson and a future first- and second-round draft pick. The deal is on course to be completed Thursday night. Rondo, who is now in the final year of his contract, had a 2014-15 salary set at $12.9 million.
