Randall Miller, the director of Bottleshock and the upcoming Allman Brothers biopic Midnight Rider, has pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of camera assistant Sarah Jones. Jones was killed by a freight train on the set in Georgia last year. As a result Miller was sentenced to two years in prison and 10 years probation as well as a $20,000 fine and 360 hours of community service. As part of the deal, charges were dismissed against his wife, producer Jody Savin.
