A child who disappeared in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, 13 years ago was found in Cleveland completely unharmed. Julian Hernandez, now 18, was discovered while he was trying to apply to a college with a Social Security number that didn’t accompany his name. His father, Bobby Hernandez, was arrested in Cleveland on charges of tampering with records, giving the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles false information, and may be extradited back to Alabama.
