A plane carrying 93 passengers and 11 crew crashed in Libya around 6 a.m. local time. Everyone on board is believed to be dead, except for, miraculously, a 10-year-old Dutch boy. 61 of the dead came from the Netherlands. The surviving boy has been taken to the hospital for surgery, including broken bones.
