We think he really means it this time: Quarterback Brett Favre has filed retirement papers with the NFL after the end of his 20th season. The 41-year-old also retired following the 2008 and 2009 seasons, only to come back, but he had a tough year in 2010, ending his string of 297 consecutive starts; having his lowest completion percentage since 2006; and being fined for $50,000 for sexual harassment allegations stemming from his time with the New York Jets.
