It sounds like the Republican Party’s dream of having the Supreme Court take up health-care reform could become a reality: One of the Court’s liberal justices, Stephen Breyer, predicted on Thursday that the Court will one day review health-care reform. He offered that assessment as part of a larger prediction about the court’s caseload. “I'd predict that three, four years from today, no one's going to ask us again why we have so few cases," Breyer said, while Justice Clarence Thomas said that the reason the court’s caseload is a third less than it was 20 years ago is because “Until recently, there hasn't been comprehensive legislation of the kind that would fill our docket.”
