The 20-year-old daughter of former vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin plunked down $172,000 in cash for a five-bedroom home in an Arizona suburb. The young Palin likely received a big payday for her participation in the hit ABC show "Dancing With the Stars." The sellers were pleased to find their celebrity buyer. "She seems like a nice girl," one of the owners said. "We're excited for her."
