More than one year after a highly publicized breakup, Bristol Palin has officially married Dakota Meyer. The daughter of Sarah Palin and the Medal of Honor recipient were engaged to be married in March 2015, but called off the engagement just weeks after announcing. "Life is full of ups and downs but in the end, you'll end up where you're supposed to be," Palin and Meyer told ET in announcing their reconciliation and marriage. "We are so happy to share with loved ones the wonderful news that we got married!" The pair have a daughter, 5-month-old Sailor Grace.
