British ‘White Widow’ Terrorist Sally Jones ‘Killed in Drone Strike’
Fugitive jihadi was allegedly hit in June in U.S. strike near border of Syria and Iraq.
The “White Widow,” a fugitive jihadi from Britain named Sally Jones, was reportedly killed in a U.S. drone strike in June, near the border between Iraq and Syria. Jones was a punk-rock singer in the U.K. before joining the Islamic State of Iraq and ISIS and becoming one of the globe’s most wanted female terrorists. Jones reportedly left Britain in 2013 to marry famed hacker and ISIS fighter Junaid Hussain. Intelligence officials did not recover any of her DNA from the site of the strike, but do believe her to be dead.
