Philanthropist Brooke Astor's only son, who was convicted of stealing millions from his mother after she was incapacitated by Alzheimer's disease, has died. Anthony Marshall and one of Astor's former lawyers were found guilty in 2009, two years after Astor died at age 105, and Marshall was later approved for medical parole. Marshall was a Tony-winning Broadway producer and operative for the CIA. He died in Manhattan at age 90.
