Manziel was inactive for the Browns' Week 17 game against the Steelers, and his absence was officially listed as a concussion by the team. Former Cleveland Plain-Dealer writer Tony Grossi reported that Manziel showed up "disheveled and inebriated" at the team's facility that day.
