The Philadelphia Phillies have won the Bryce Harper sweepstakes. According to ESPN, the two sides are finalizing a 13-year contract worth $330 million, including no opt-outs. Harper, 26, is a power-hitting outfielder who won the 2015 National League MVP award and made the NL All-Star team six times during his career with the Washington Nationals. According to previous reports, Harper turned down a $300-million, 10-year offer from the Nationals earlier this winter.
