The Chicago Bulls and New York Knicks have reportedly agreed to a trade that will send star point guard Derrick Rose, forward Justin Holiday, and a 2017 second-round draft pick to the Knicks in exchange for Robin Lopez, Jose Calderon and Jerian Grant. Many believed Rose—the 2009 Rookie of the Year and 2011 League MVP—would play his entire career in Chicago, but after a series of injuries, he became expendable as part of the team's rebuilding process.
