Christopher Lischewski, the CEO of Bumble Bee Foods, was indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly taking part in a price-fixing conspiracy, the Justice Department said. The alleged conspiracy involved packaged seafood and took place from 2010 to 2013. According to the Justice Department, Lischewski’s “co-conspirators issued price announcements and pricing guidance in accordance with” prior agreements.
