A break-in was reported at the Las Vegas office of Nevada GOP Sen. Dean Heller over the weekend, and a threatening note was left behind, according to reports. The note reportedly read, “Vote no on the health care bill or I will lose my health care and die, and you will, too.” Heller, who faces a tough re-election battle in a state that Hillary Clinton won in 2016, is considered a swing vote on the Senate’s health care overhaul legislation, and has voiced concerns in the past about the bill’s effects on Medicaid in Nevada. A procedural vote on the legislation was delayed until Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) returns to Washington after recovering from surgery.
