At least 18 people are dead and 28 are injured after a truck carrying gravel collided with a bus full of passengers, practically ripping the vehicle in half as it drove through a Moscow suburb. A six-year-old girl is reported to be among the dead. According to Russian officials, the truck's driver, who survived, has been fined half a dozen times for traffic violations in the last year. An investigation into the accident has been opened.
