Both George W. Bush and his father George H.W. Bush are planning to remain silent in the general election and do not plan on endorsing presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump. George W. Bush “does not plan to participate in or comment on the presidential campaign,” according to his personal aide Freddy Ford. And his father, who has endorsed every other Republican presidential candidate in the past five election cycles will not endorse either.
