Among the four people arrested by the New York Police Department today on drug charges was a man with Philip Seymour Hoffman's number saved in his phone. Robert Vineberg, 57, who was arrested on felony and misdemeanor drug charges, reportedly had the Oscar-winning actor's contact information. A confidential informant said Hoffman may have purchased his heroin at the Mott Street building out of which Vineberg and others operated, which led to the search.
