Sending Amanda Bynes out on the street is a good idea how? The New York City apartment building where the troubled actress reportedly threw a bong out the window has asked her to leave, according to In Touch magazine. Bynes, 27, lives in a 36th-floor apartment on 47th Street in New York, and building officials were reportedly the ones who called the cops about her alleged drug use before her arrest. She allegedly tossed the bong out the window after police arrived, although she has denied it.
