Just as GOP candidate Herman Cain deals with accusations of sexual harassment, according to a Politico report, there are fresh allegations that the former pizza mogul may have overstepped the boundaries of campaign-finance regulations. The question is whether or not Cain’s team ever paid back the now-defunct group—Cain’s federal election filings give no indication that he did.
