Canada has about 1,500 doses of an experimental Ebola vaccine and is offering to ship 800 to 1,000 of them to countries in Africa plagued by the lethal virus. Ten doses have already been sent to Geneva as emergency supply for treating humanitarian workers. The World Health Organization announced Tuesday that it had deemed untested drugs and vaccines ethical for use during this unprecedented outbreak.
