Director Tim Burton was in his own wonderland at the opening night of the Cannes Film Festival, where he's serving as president of the jury. "We've all been judged, so I think we're going into it with a certain kind of spirit of openness and hopefully compassion for any filmmaker," he told the Associated Press.
