A car bomb in Yemen killed a provincial governor and at least four of his bodyguards on Sunday. ISIS claimed responsibility after the attack, alleging that a total of eight bodyguards had been killed. In the midst of Yemen's nine-month civil war, this governor Jaafar Mohamed Saad, is the most senior official to be killed in the region.
