A car has plowed into a crowd outside a primary school in northeastern China, killing five and injuring 18. The driver was taken into custody after the crash in the coastal city of Huludao in Liaoning province, according to the spokesman for Jianchang county in the city’s suburbs. It isn't clear if the incident was an accident or a deliberate attack. According to the Associated Press, security footage showed children crossing the street in front of their school when a car approaches, the vehicle then changed lanes and swerved into the children.
