‘Cash Me Outside’ Girl Faces Legal Threat from Hanes
Over alleged inappropriate use of a logo on her merchandise.

Danielle Bregoli, the woman who went viral for her appearance on Dr. Phil, coining the meme-worthy phrase “Cash Me Outside,” reportedly faces legal threats for allegedly inappropriate use of a logo on her merchandise. According to TMZ, Hanesbrands Inc. sent a letter last week to Bregoli and her mother demanding that she stop ripping off the “C” Champion logo in order to protect its “extensive consumer goodwill and reputation.” TMZ says Hanesbrands gave Bregoli one week to stop using the logo.
