Officials in Spain believe that the individual who drove the van that plowed into a crowd of people in Barcelona last week could have made his way into France. “We don't have any specific information on this but it cannot be ruled out,” Catalonia Police Chief Josep Lluis Trapero said during a press conference. The driver, whom officials suspect is 22-year-old Younes Abouyaaqoub, killed 13 people and injured dozens more.
