One ad that won’t have you laughing during the Super Bowl: the one starring Florida Gators quarterback Tim Tebow and his mother, discussing her decision to not abort him 23 years ago. CBS is defending its decision to run the ad, even though it has rejected left-wing advertisements from groups like MoveOn.org and PETA in the past. CBS now says it has changed its policy and will accept commercials that advocate political causes. The Tebow ad will be the first for Focus on the Family, James Dobson’s group.
