Celebrations Ring Out in Tahrir Square

After Egyptian President Morsi's ouster was announced late Wednesday, anti-Morsi protesters broke out in cheers and let off fireworks in Tahrir Square. Supporters of the regime who had congregated in Nasr City were noticeably subdued.
