Heidi Klum was just like every other kid at the carnival this week (if they also have a successful modeling career and musically gifted husband). A few days before the ninth season of Project Runway announced its winner, Klum tweeted: “Made my first cotton candy today...Yummy.” Maybe she was getting her sweet tooth ready for her notoriously festive annual Halloween bash.
President Obama and Eva Longoria shared the spotlight when the Desperate Housewives star introduced him at a Hollywood fundraiser. Longoria told the star-studded audience that Obama “speaks to the Latino community because he knows he's the president of all Americans,” according to USA Today. Modern Family star-turned-clothing designer Sofia Vergara is very excited for Halloween. “Tonight ModFam award winning Holloween episode from last season!!!” Vergara tweeted. Ten years and five albums after her American Idol win, Kelly Clarkson isn’t done just yet. Her latest album Stronger came out this week and things are going “really freaking well” for the pop star, as she told The Daily Beast. “Buying the 2 best albums out this year haha! Yeah!!!!” she tweeted, posting a picture on her WhoSay page of herself looking incognito while holding up Stronger and Mylo Xyloto, Coldplay’s newest album.

In the midst of filming what TV Guide just lauded as “the best scripted series debut in two years,” Once Upon a Time star Ginnifer Goodwin snapped a picture of herself, complete with bonnet and fur collar. “I call this ‘Girl With A Pearl Earring and Something in Her Teeth,’" Goodwin tweeted. From the backdrop of wigs, it looks like the actress might be playing dress-up in the prop closet.

Coco Rocha, fresh off a guest judging stint on America’s Next Top Model, made an appearance at the premiere of Tower Heist earlier this week. The Canadian supermodel posted a picture of her and Doutzen Kroes with the film’s director Brett Ratner. “Best picture ever,” Rocha tweeted, pointing out (probably to Ratner’s disappointment) that the models are “happily married.”

Actress Kerry Washington posed with model Chanel Iman at “An Evening With Ralph Lauren,” hosted by Oprah Winfrey, which benefitted the designer’s cancer foundation. Washington, whose mom is a survivor, has been active with cancer research since leading L’Oreal’s Color of Hope campaign three years ago. “Me & @itsmechaneliman RALPH LAUREN FUND RAISER for breast cancer research,” she tweeted.
Footloose star Julianne Hough made sure she had plenty of time to start carving her pumpkins before Halloween. Nine days before the holiday, Hough posted a picture of her smiling behind a wagon piled high with pumpkins. A day later, she posted the lineup of carved pumpkins asking if followers could tell which was hers. “I LOVE Halloween!!” Hough tweeted.
Glee mania has not subsided just yet. Actress-turned-producer (and upcoming Hunger Games star) Elizabeth Banks just started shooting Pitch Perfect about a face-off between two rival glee clubs.
