Olivia Munn, who made her name as the tech-savvy stunner on G4’s Attack of the Show, has recently become the newest The Daily Show correspondent—but not without some controversy. This past week, feminist blog Jezebel accused the show of being a sexist “boys’ club” and jumped on the presumption that Munn was parlaying her good looks into a career. This comes on top of the release of her autobiography, Suck It, Wonder Woman!, and the continuation of her NBC sitcom Perfect Couples. Munn’s got a lot on her plate. It’s nice to know she’s able to squeeze in some time for a birthday celebration. “Best bday ever begins!” she tweeted this week.

Piven, the conniving and acerbic Ari Gold in HBO’s Entourage, is a quiet champion of Judaism on and off the show. Specifically, he considers himself a “Jewish Buddhist”; that is, one with a Jewish background who practices Buddhist forms of meditation and spirituality. Rounding out the final days of shooting Entourage’s seventh season, Piven tweeted, “last day on set with some Hebrew school kids!” Mazel tov!

Just about anyone who’s anyone in the nutrition world will tell you local and organically grown produce is the only way to go. And by the looks of these gleaming, red tomatoes, they’re right. Even Swift, clad in a floppy sunhat, can’t help but stare at their crimson splendor and give a Hepburn-esque “Oh my!” expression. “Local produce tent = yay!” she tweeted.

Better known for his career as an actor, Jared Leto is also the frontman in the rock band 30 Seconds to Mars and has directed music videos under the pseudonym Bartholomew Cubbins (derived from a Dr. Seuss story). Here, we have Leto and a boy who seems as averse to side-of-the-head hair as Leto himself. “Eh… I said why not, joined the club, and bought a kid…” Leto tweeted. Let’s just hope he doesn’t give him any names he’d give himself (see: Bartholomew Cubbins).

Here’s patriotism at its finest: Katy Perry’s star-spangled Daisy dukes. For her, it seems nothing quite says, “I’m celebrating the birth of my nation” like a pair of printed short-shorts. “The perfect daisy dukes for the day...” she tweeted.

If the annals of Best Celebrity Twit Pics are any indication of Hilton’s day-to-day life, it seems the heiress spends all of her time in the sky. Past weeks have shown her and her dog Tinkerbell lounging in a luxuriant private jet, taking in all the sights the world has to offer ( see: “Giraffes are hot ;).” This week, she samples a new mode of transportation. “Taking off on a Helicopter Ride. This is fun! :),” she tweeted.

Sometimes it’s only right to let man’s best friend get in on the Fourth of July festivities. But all that merrymaking can be a lot for a canine to handle. “oh dear. Lola is already down for the count,” tweeted actress Olivia Wilde, who was nice enough to leave Lola a brew for when she wakes up.

This vintage Star Trek photo posted by Spock himself goes to show you that, after a little Romulan cowbeast and Blue Vulcan wine, even the most staid of galaxy explorers can’t help but bro out. “Something funny ??” Nimoy tweeted.

Figure skater extraordinaire, Johnny Weir, travels the world to compete in his notoriously outlandish costumes. Though his loyalties are for the U.S. of A., he has no problem showing a little respectful flare for the countries he visits. “My and my Japanese flag pedicure are heading to the airport!” he tweeted before heading to Niigata, Japan. But, upon arrival, Weir reportedly decided to skip the skating season in order to “concentrate on careers in fashion and singing.” So much for the pedicure.

Estée Lauder model Hilary Rhoda takes some time out to simmer by the pool. She’s well-equipped with some blue shades that fully reflect UV rays and (look closely) the photographer herself. “Sunshine….,” Rhoda tweeted.

This past week, Alba sojourned to fashion’s frontline Paris, France to check out some of the newest threads from Dior, Chanel, and Valentino. “Thank you for an afternoon in the jardin de tulipes,” she tweeted.

Is this Lady Gaga now… or Madonna 20 years ago? This week, Gaga posted a picture of herself in front of Madison Square Garden looking remarkably vintage. “#madisonsquaregaga,” she tweeted.

Best known for his role as Sylar on Heroes and Spock in the 2009 film Star Trek, Zachary Quinto puts his left foot in with the likes of Demi Moore. “badgley. baker. bettany. quinto and @mrskutcher can you guess who's who?” he tweeted.

The celebrated model and burlesque revivalist took to the catwalk Wednesday as part of Jean Paul Gaultier’s show during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week. Days leading up to the show, Von Teese took a photo of a big, juicy cheese burger beside her handy Collins French Verbs book. On Wednesday, just before sporting some bizarre, skeletal lingerie on the runway, she posted this picture of roses and note that reads, “With Much Love…!!!” signed by Gaultier himself.

Fashion designer Henry Holland doesn’t simply stick to textiles; by the looks of this picture, his creativity has no bounds. Here, he provocatively devours a banana while showing off his studded cell phone. “so my new blackberry case is pretty killer...,” he tweeted. No, but really. It looks like it could actually kill someone.
