Last week when Katy Perry stopped by the Facebook offices in Palo Alto, California, she announced her upcoming Canadian and US tour dates. But Perry also managed to rub shoulders with the big boss, Mark Zuckerberg. She tweeted, “Ya know just hangin' @ "the" facebook with "the" CEO. Baller style. I like him!”

Now here’s a surprise: Courtney Love was honored by the Oxford University Conservative Association. Love visited the prestigious British college last weekend to accept the title of Non-Executive Officer For Rock 'N' Roll, and take pics with Oxford students. What does that entail, exactly? No one can be sure, but apparently she talked foreign policy and WikiLeaks with the students.

Park City, Utah is known as Hollywood’s winter wonderland escape every January when filmmakers and celebrities alike arrive in droves for the Sundance Film Festival. This past week, former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger spoke of his steps to a successful career as a body-builder, a leading Hollywood actor, and politician to a crowd of thousands in Toronto, Canada. Rock star Gene Simmons of Kiss, who was in Toronto for a convention, stopped by to hear Schwarzenegger, who told the audience, “Great things can happen if you’re not afraid of failure.” Schwarzenegger tweeted, “Hanging with Gene Simmons in Toronto.”

Perhaps the “real” Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is actually Lisa Vanderpump’s adorable, little 18-month-old Pomeranian, Giggy (short for Gigolo). When Vanderpump made her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show recently, Giggy was presented with a baby-stroller, Pimp My Ride style. The pink bedazzled four-wheeler came equipped with a chandelier and pink Champagne set-up. DeGeneres tweeted, “Me and Lisa Vanderpump backstage getting Giggy with it.”

The cast and crew of Desperate Housewives traveled far beyond the borderlines of Wisteria Lane to film in Piru, California, which appears to serve as an alternative to the busy streets of Los Angeles. Last week when Jay Leno welcomed Today show stars Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb to L.A., audiences saw Gifford doing keg-stands backstage.
