Ahead of a speaking tour in Australia, Charlie Sheen has been discoursing on local radio Down Under. Among the items up for consideration were Roseanne Barr (he feels for her) and Two and a Half Men writer Chuck Lorre (he’s sorry for calling him a “talentless sack of shit”). On the issue of Barr, Sheen, who initially suggested a reboot of his show could fill the space made available by the cancellation of her show after her racist tweet storm, said of her recent comments in which she again appeared to undermine her apology to Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett: “What I hear in her voice, trying not to focus on the words but the emotion, is I hear the frustration, pain, there’s such a sadness there… The thing that is a little bit sad is that when someone does melt, everything good they have ever done that has entertained millions of people is always forgotten.” Sheen also told Aussie radio show Kyle and Jackie O that his feud with Lorre was over, saying: “I kind of poisoned the waters and I take responsibility for all of that… I was really stupid and juvenile and he’s one of the best and the brightest that this industry has ever had the pleasure of witnessing.”
