Forget acting: Charlie Sheen has a new career as a product salesman. Sheen has joined Ad.ly, a Beverly Hills firm that pays celebrities to endorse products or brands on Twitter and Facebook. It’s perfect timing: Guinness World Records updated its Facebook status on Thursday to say that Sheen had amassed over a million followers on Twitter in 25 hours and 17 minutes, the fastest growing account the micro-blogging site had ever seen. Although Sheen has recently published some product-endorsing twit pics, the actor has not yet been paid by any of the brand owners, an Ad.ly spokesperson said.
