Charlie Sheen is suing the porn star who has accused him of assault, alleging that Capri Anderson is trying to extort him. Sheen says Anderson is seeking $1 million through "an attempted shakedown and extortion … by an opportunistic pornographic film star and publicity hungry scam-artist." Anderson, whom Sheen had hired as an escort, alleges he tried to strangle her before destroying their hotel room. Sheen says Anderson is exaggerating her claims, and that she “fabricated a sensational tale about being assaulted, battered and held against her will, and used that fictional story as a basis for an extortion plot against Sheen."
