Charlie Sheen to Accompany Sean Penn to Haiti

Oh, to be a fly on the wall on this trip. Charlie Sheen is accompanying Sean Penn on a humanitarian trip to Haiti, Sheen said Friday. “I’m excited as hell because, you know, if I can bring the attention of the world down there, then clearly this tsunami keeps cresting,” Sheen said. Penn defended Sheen in the April issue of GQ, saying when “you divorce the moral judgments, as I prefer to do, I see a guy who has a clearer view of the nature of the world around him than is sometimes comfortable to have.” Meanwhile, Sheen also revealed he has Jewish heritage on Access Hollywood Friday—a surprise, considering some of Sheen’s comments about Two and a Half Men producer Chuck Lorre were considered anti-Semitic.
