There’s no stopping Charlie Sheen. The actor is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday to make a personal appeal for full custody of his twin sons, Max and Bob, TMZ reported Monday. Sheen said Monday he wanted full custody to take his kids on tour with him, and Sheen’s lawyer, Mark Gross, is arguing Brooke Mueller is unfit to care for the children because she is using drugs. Mueller reportedly re-entered rehab on Sunday.
