The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed on Wednesday it had launched a criminal investigation against Charlie Sheen over alleged death threats he made against his ex-fiancée. Officer Matthew Ludwig, a spokesman for the LAPD, confirmed that a criminal investigation is ongoing. A lawyer for Scottine Rossi, who was previously engaged to Sheen, confirmed that he is being investigated for allegedly threatening to have his client killed. Rossi is also suing the Two and a Half Men star, claiming he never told her he was HIV positive during their relationship. The lawsuit is now in arbitration.
