The notoriously skeevy founder and CEO of American Apparel was reportedly fired for, unsurprisingly, his skeevy behavior. An internal investigation found that Dov Charney knowingly did nothing to stop an employee from posting nude photos of a former female employee, Irene Morales. She sued American Apparel in 2011, claiming Charney forced her to perform sex acts. Charney said the photos proved Morales had pursued him. The internal investigation also found Charney used company funds to pay for personal expenditures. Despite this damning evidence, Charney's lawyer sent a letter claiming he was fired illegally and demanding that the board reinstate him. The letter also states the sexual harassment charges against Charney are “completely baseless.” Sure.
