Mitt Romney touted voter-ID laws while campaigning in Pennsylvania Monday, saying, “We ought to have voter identification so we know who’s voting and we have a record of that.” At his side was Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, who pointed out other times when identification is required—on a plane, at the store, asking, “What’s the big deal? What is the big deal?” Romney has, in the past, expressed support for such laws, which have been labeled discriminatory by some.
