The Astor Estate, which dates back to 1904 to the son of John Jacob Astor III, had been on the market for $12 million, but since hosting the so-called “wedding of the century,” brokers said there has already been interest and immediately raised the price. Another Rhinebeck resident whose house went up for sale the day before the Clinton wedding said he had already seen an increased number of inquiries due to the interest of visitors to the town.
