Late-night funny lady Chelsea Handler is getting a shot at primetime. NBC has approved a pilot television show based upon her book, Are You There Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea. Though the sitcom will be based on Handler's life in her 20s, the actress herself will only be executive producing the series, not starring in it. The comedienne is quite busy at the moment having just signed up for a new show at E! as well, where her talk show airs. Plus, Handler is headed to co-star in a film starring Reese Witherspoon.
