Gunmen who shot and killed a man on Chicago's South Side killed a 13-month-old child while fleeing the crime scene on Saturday. Dillan Harris and his family were waiting for a bus when the car struck and killed him. "Family members who witnessed the scene rushed toward the child and the stroller that lay in the grass," the Chicago Tribune reports. "I never imagined this would happen," Dillan's mother said. "My son gone so soon." The car reportedly crashed soon after and three people exited, two of them now reportedly in police custody.
