Restricts Hong Kong site.

So much for Google’s China-censorship workaround: The Chinese government has restricted access of mainland users to Google’s Hong Kong site after Google moved its operations to the island in hopes of skirting China’s censors. Fallout for Google includes cancellation by China Mobile, the country’s biggest cellphone company, of a deal to place Google’s search engine on its mobile Internet homepage; and China’s second-largest cellphone company has delayed or killed the release of a new cellphone that runs on Google’s Android operating system. On Tuesday in Beijing, Chinese citizens laid flowers and chocolates outside Google’s office.
