China's Premier Wen Jiabo flew from Hungary to the United Kingdom on Sunday, the second stop on a three-nation European tour meant to boost economic ties in the region. The visit comes as Beijing has released prominent dissidents Ai Weiwei and Hu Jia. Wen will participate in an annual U.K.-China summit Monday along with British Prime Minister David Cameron, and the countries are expected to announce business deals before Wen leaves for Germany. Though markets in Hungary and Germany are still struggling, they are considered crucial for the production of Chinese goods. In Budapest, Wen said that China would be investing in Hungarian government bonds and offering $1.4 billion credit to the country.
