Singer Chris Brown is barred from leaving the Philippines amid a disagreement with the powerful Manila-based Church of Christ. “Can somebody please tell me what the **** is going on? I don’t know. I’m reading headline after headline. What the ****? What the **** is going on,” the singer said in a since-deleted video posted to Instagram. The church group is accusing him of fraud because he didn’t attend its planned New Year’s Eve concert, but Brown’s people insist that he lost his passport and was unable to travel. Philippine officials said Brown must prove there are no grounds for a fraud complaint before he is permitted to leave the country.
